A fantastic Premier Inn. Great location, incredibly quiet rooms, super dark curtains, the best night sleep I've had at a Premier Inn ever. The Beefeater was right next door, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. My daughter left her T-shirt in the room, all it took was one phone call, easy to contact the actual receptionist at the hotel, and the T-shirt is in the post. Top marks all round, I look forward to many return visits in the future.

Attended a funeral at Basildon Crem so this hotel location was ideal. Efficient receptionists, super clean room overlooking car park, everything available for hot and cold breakfast, Sacha was extremely pleasant and helpful. If there is a downside we could hear someone walking about above us, at one point we thought they may have fallen out of bed, the thud shook our room! Would recommend.

Booked for 1 night. The room was lovely. We were looking forward to our stay. The only issue we had was the room above us. From 6am in the morning there was banging, really heavy walking around and it sounded like things were being dragged around. We couldn't work out if the room above was perhaps a room used by staff or a guest with kids, we heard nothing when booking in. This went on for hours. We did not get the nice lie in we were hoping for. Shame as we liked the hotel and room. The beefeater was very busy. Food was OK. But I had to ask to be served. They left us waiting around 20 mins. Think they were short staffed.

The beds are comfy and the rooms very spacious, but it's such a noisy hotel. We were in the room at the very front of the hotel and for the entire stay, we heard nothing but 'bang' with people constantly coming and going, slamming doors. We asked to move rooms, but got told "well you'll have to deal with traffic noise instead". Premier inn seriously need to work on soundproofing the rooms because this whole "great night's sleep guarantee" is the biggest load of rubbish.
Breakfast was ok, bread was stale and the pancakes very dry. At least the cereal was good, but it's pretty hard to mess up cereal. Took us a while to get seated as staff members just look at you and walk away.
Wouldn't stay here again. Too bloody noisy and we got hardly any sleep as a result.

Service was great. Staff very friendly.
We stayed in an accessible room. This was smaller than expected but OK.
The corridors were narrow and maneuvering the wheelchair was difficult.

Great reception staff very friendly welcoming and accommodating. The room was huge clean and well-presented. The bed was clean big and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean and the towels were soft and pure white.

Clean comfy room. No air conditioning (it was hot!!). And we had to ask them to vacuum clean twice. Very friendly staff, great location, delicious buffet breakfast for sale at the restaurant attached.
